Pronto Pasta is Fast Pasta that’s not “Fast Food”

We’re making all of our soups, sauces, dressings and even desserts from scratch, so that “Fast” is also Fresh and Delicious.

At Pronto, we view pasta as a canvas for all kinds of great flavors, not simply for Italian fare. We’ve created soon-to-be Classic dishes like our Braised Beef with Marsala cream, Bacon Cheeseburger Macaroni and our Southwestern Chicken and Smoked Sausage Penne. Or, try the “Build a Mac” where the combination of delicious sauces like Bleu cheese and Cheesy Classic match with pastas, toppings and garnishes of your choosing to create the perfect meal for you.

And, of course, it’s not all pasta. Our menu features fresh salads, scratch-made soups, unique sandwiches and Kids selections as well as Beer and Wine and a wide selection of non-alcoholic.  And don’t forget the dessert bars we bake fresh for you – Chocolate mint and lemon bars finish a great meal.

“Parties Pronto!” is inexpensive “self-service” catering for any sized party.   Delivery and full-service catering are also available.

Locally owned by Ed and Jennifer Schrage, this Concept is being built on the principles of Hospitality, Freshness and Quality, Environmental Awareness, Honesty, and Respect for all people.

  • We grow our own herbs, grate our own cheese, and make our salad dressings – basically, we’re obsessed with Fresh!
  • We feature take-away packaging that’s as environmentally friendly as it can be. We’ve also implemented a recycling program for #5 packaging – “Gimme 5”
  • We seek to treat our employees, guests and vendors the way we would like to be treated – with respect and honesty.

Your very first Pronto! opened at 404 E Six Forks Rd, Raleigh, in the former Bear Rock Café space next to Staples on the corner of Wake Forest and Six Forks Rd on June 23rd 2010. The restaurant is open 11-9 Monday – Saturday.  Sundays – we are taking the day ”off” but are available for catering and private parties.   We can reserve space for large groups with appropriate notice.
